Ben Carlson

Designer

Ben creates digital drawings and models in order to bring vision to realization. As a designer, he has a particular interest in the synthesis of sustainable and affordable architecture and his goal is to create buildings that benefit its inhabitants and the environment.

In 2020, Ben and a small group of other architecture students built a tiny house to serve as transitional housing for those in need in the central Vermont area. He graduated from Norwich University in 2023 with a Masters Degree in Architecture, where his thesis focused on reducing the embodied carbon of urban spaces. He also played on Norwich’s men’s ACHA ice hockey team for four of his five years at the university.

In his free time, Ben likes to play hockey, attend concerts, and spend time with his friends and family.
