“Writing this note as a letter of thanks and appreciation for our wonderful experience with MA+KE Architects. When we first started our renovation project, we had a vague vision of what we wanted to achieve, namely renovating our kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Sloane and her team member Nesreen did an amazing job of helping us see what was possible with our home and how we could improve it. Through a number of pre-project meetings, Sloane guided us in the opportunities for changing the layout of our house and the many options available to us. Sloane provided us just the right level of guidance while also keeping the pre-planning phase creative and fun.
Just as importantly, MA+KE helped us find an exceptional contractor, Matthew Clarke, who was great to work with. Matt was patient in explaining details of the renovation, quick to inform us of the project status, and did exceptionally high quality work throughout our home. In particular, we love the new white oak floors in our home and the attention to detail that Matt and his team paid to our project. When challenges arose, as they do on any renovation, Matt and his team were quick to let us know and worked diligently to address these items. The overall experience with MA+KE was outstanding, especially for our family who had never done a renovation before. Our home is vastly improved and really feels like our vision is fulfilled.
