This project involved the partial demolition and gut renovation of the majority of an existing house. 
The existing foundation was used to support the new project, which includes a Living Room, Dining Room, Home Office, Guest Room, 2 Kid’s Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and a Master Bedroom Suite with a walk out deck above a new wrap around porch.
