Pemma brings a deep passion for communities and their histories to the MA+KE team. Her interest in architecture started in high school when she took AP Art History as a course. This focus on history continued during her Bachelor’s of Science with a concentration in Adaptive Interventions and Historic Preservation. Her study abroad experience in Italy in 2022, along with a 10-day Master’s of Architecture excursion to Greece, solidified her enthusiasm for historic narratives and the cultural significance of built environments.

Pemma studied at Wentworth Institute of Technology and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture in April of 2023 as well as a Design Excellence Award. She completed her Master of Architecture at Wentworth in April 2024, and received a Teaching Fellowship Award for her work as a teaching assistant in a freshman studio.

A native of the Upper Valley, Pemma is excited to be home after spending 5 years in Boston for her studies. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, attending concerts, and traveling, with plans to visit every continent
